Shipping Policy

At Photovoltaic Cable LLC, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery throughout the United States.

Fulfillment Centers

We ship from our distribution centers located in:

  • La Porte, Texas

  • Rancho Dominguez, California

Customers may also choose to pick up orders free of charge at any of these locations.
Pick-up appointments must be scheduled in advance with our logistics team.

Delivery and Transportation

All shipments to U.S. destinations are handled by common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or ground transportation.
Overweight or bulk orders are shipped on pallets via LTL freight (Old Dominion).

  • Transit Time:

    • Texas California: 1–3 business days

    • Other U.S. States: 3–5 business days

If your order and payment are completed before 12:00 PM (CST), we make our best effort to ship the same day; otherwise, your order will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Methods by Order Size

  • 1 to 10 reels (500 or 1,000 feet each): Shipped by UPS  or FEDEX Ground.

  • Over 10 reels of 500 or 1,000 feet, or reels of 2,500 and 5,000 feet: Shipped LTL freight via Old Dominion.

  • Transit time: Typically 1 to 5 business days, depending on destination.

Free Shipping

For $2,500 and $5000ft Reels we offer Free shipping for orders over $15,000 USD (before tax and discounts).
This offer does not apply to deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.

International shipments are quoted separately based on destination and volume.

Reels

Non-returnable wooden or plastic reels are used whenever possible and are normally included in the sales price of the wire.

Inspection Upon Delivery

The buyer is responsible for verifying:

  • Material identification

  • Footage count

  • Visual inspection for any shipping damage

All claims for damage, shortage, or incorrect material must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
